A Travel Design Fee applies when your trip requires a custom itinerary, destination research, logistics, and personalized recommendations beyond a single reservation. Every custom journey begins with a complimentary discovery consultation. From there, we determine the scope of your trip and provide a Travel Design Fee based on its length, complexity, number of destinations, and level of coordination required. Once approved, we begin thoughtfully designing your journey — from accommodations and transportation to experiences and day-by-day flow — so that every detail feels intentional, seamless, and tailored to the way you like to travel.
